3. Booking and Payment

Reservations

All tour bookings must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional fees may apply for special accommodations

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before tour date: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before tour date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before tour date: No refund

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Tour participants agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
  • Respect historical sites and cultural locations
  • Arrive on time for scheduled tours
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements
  • Conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the tour

6. Liability and Insurance

Claim ExploreNinja carries general liability insurance. However, participants engage in tours at their own risk. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Delays or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Dissatisfaction with tour content or experience

7. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Claim ExploreNinja and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

10. Age Requirements
